Broadview Builders was instrumental in the process of opening our restaurant. They worked closely not only with us, but also with our partners, our out-of-state franchise, and our architect. Always one step ahead, they utilized a one week “look ahead” schedule which kept all parties abreast of the progress of the project. The “look ahead” schedule included a list of dates for each task to be started in a given week. Also included were photos of the job site, which provided great insight into how the work was going. The onsite supervision was thorough, and each task was completed in a timely manner. Broadview also assisted by providing labor and equipment for installing our custom salad bar, as well as the tables and booths. I look forward to working with Broadview Builders on future projects.
